RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Store Managers oversee the day-to-day functions of retail locations, including:

Requirements |

¢ Two or more years of successful management experience
¢-
¢ Demonstrated financial results in sales and store operations

¢ The talent to coach and motivate a winning customer-focused sales team

¢ Excellent interpersonal, merchandising, and human resources skills

¢ A knack for effective and persuasive verbal and written communication
¢-
¢ The ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease

¢ BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
